Five Stack Account Deletion

Five Stack lets you delete your account and all associated personal data at any time. You have two ways to do this.

How to Request Deletion

The fastest way is directly inside the app. If you can no longer access it, email us instead. Both routes delete the same data.

Option 1 — Recommended, Instant

In-App Deletion

  1. 1Open the Five Stack app.
  2. 2Sign in with your Google account.
  3. 3Tap Settings from the bottom navigation bar.
  4. 4Scroll to the Account section.
  5. 5Tap Delete account at the bottom.
  6. 6Confirm by tapping DELETE FOREVER in the dialog.

Your account is anonymized immediately, and your Google sign-in record is removed within seconds. The action cannot be undone.

Option 2 — No App Needed

Email Request

If you can't access the app, email us with the subject Account Deletion Request and include:

  • •The Google email address you used to sign in.
  • •Your Support ID if known — an 8-character code in XXXX-XXXX format, visible in the app's Settings screen.

We process all valid requests within 30 days.

What Happens to Your Data

Permanently Deleted

  • ×Your email address
  • ×Your manager name (replaced with "Deleted player")
  • ×Your Support ID
  • ×Your leaderboard standings (current season, past seasons, all-time rankings)
  • ×Your prestige and season points
  • ×Your Google authentication record — you cannot sign in with the same Google account to recover this account; a new sign-in creates a fresh account from scratch

May Be Retained

To preserve match-history integrity for the opponents you played against, we retain:

  • •Anonymized match outcome records. Your name appears as "Deleted player" in any opponent's match history.
  • •Aggregate, non-personal gameplay statistics used for game balance and analytics.

This retained data has no personal identifiers, cannot be traced back to you, and is consistent with GDPR Article 6(1)(f) — "legitimate interests," specifically preserving fairness of opponents' historical records.

This Action Cannot Be Undone

Deleting your account is permanent. Your rank, season points, prestige, and leaderboard standings will be lost and cannot be restored — even if you sign in again with the same Google account, which will create a fresh account from scratch. If you only want a break, you can simply sign out instead of deleting.
